Welcome to Tiny Trinket's website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Tiny Trinket's relationship with you in relation to this website.
The term 'Tiny Trinkets' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owners of the website whose registered office is 12 Hadley Road, Enfield, EN2 8JS.  

The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

·         Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Payment

Payments can be made by PayPal, all major Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Solo, and Maestro), postal orders or cheque.  Orders paid by cheque will not be sent until cheque is cleared.  We do not accept American Express. 
PayPal: For the protection of both parties, we will only send orders to confirmed addresses; otherwise we are not protected by the PayPal buyer/seller protection program.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch fingerprint impression kits and inkless wipe kits within 48 hours of receipt of your order, however this will fluctuate according to how busy we are.   Whilst we aim to complete your order as soon as possible, our lead time, given the handmade nature of these items are between 3-4 weeks of our receipt of your returned impressions.  If you require an item sooner, for a special occasion please contact us before placing your order.

All kits are sent out by Royal Mail First Class delivery and completed orders are always sent by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery. This is a tracked service with compensation insurance up to £500.  Please allow up to 7 days for receipt of your impressions kit although this is generally sooner.  For International orders please allow 10 working days.  Please note that International orders are subject to an extra £10.00 delivery charge, an invoice will accompany the impressions kit.  The cost of returning the fingerprint impressions is to be met by the purchaser. Should your goods be mailed internationally, you will be responsible for any VAT or import duties that are valid for importation of goods into your country.

Delayed or lost packages


Please note that Tiny Trinkets cannot be held responsible for any post or packages delayed or lost by Royal Mail, either received by us or sent to you.  In the event of late or non-delivery of your item please contact us and we will contact Royal Mail in order to track your package and you will be advised as to the status of your package.  In the event of a lost parcel, we can only offer a replacement or refund after Royal Mail has confirmed the package as lost, which is usually around three weeks.


Returns and Refunds


You have the right to cancel your order but please note that if your fingerprint or inkless wipe kit has already been sent there will be a small £10.00 cancellation fee.  If your impressions have been returned to us and your order is in process, regretfully you will be unable to cancel your order. 
We are sure that you will be truly delighted with your purchases from Tiny Trinket's, however we cannot accept returns on Bespoke Personalised orders. An exception to this would be if we have not supplied the item you ordered so please make sure you have ordered correctly before contacting us. We cannot be held responsible for customers not following instructions correctly when taking impressions, not checking orders or misspelling personalised orders.  Please ensure that you read the information about our fingerprint jewellery and the f.a.q. section carefully before placing your order and especially with reference to the result.  The finished item is only as good or as defined as the impressions we receive.  Some tiny babies do not have many whirls some do, some older children's prints are more defined than others.  We may not always get a 'perfect' print but it is totally unique to your child and therein lies the beauty of these products.
 
If we have made a mistake on your order, please email us info@tinytrinkets.co.uk or Telephone us 020 8363 8178 within 7 days of receiving your jewellery for instructions on returning the item(s) to our studio.  As with all jewellery, links can be opened or broken if not treated with care. You are strongly advised to carefully check your jewellery when you receive it and contact us within 7 days if it is delivered faulty or damaged.
Please note your statutory rights remain intact at all times.

In the unlikely event of a return please e-mail
info@tinytrinkets.co.uk or telephone 020 8363 8178. Once we have approved your return request you will be asked to return the item by insured delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost/damaged back in transit to us. We suggest you use a 'Signed For' service. In the event of a faulty item needing to be returned your shipping costs will be refunded.

Distance Selling by law


Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of products except bespoke artwork, personalised and made to order items. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us
info@tinytrinkets.co.uk then package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to Tiny Trinkets, 12 Hadley Road, Enfield, EN2 8JS, so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (e.g. bespoke artwork). As soon as we receive notice of your order cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
