Christmas Delivery & Contact Update

We would appreciate customers contacting us via e-mail up until the end of the Christmas period as due to the high volume of orders we currently have we are unable to man the telephones as we are busy making products for Christmas.  Many thanks.

Due to the time involved in making these products in order to ensure a guaranteed Christmas delivery we must receive your returned impressions by the 29th November. We are sorry but impressions received after this time may not be delivered in time for Christmas. However, you can still order a Tiny Trinkets Gift by purchasing either our Gift Vouchers or Gift Boxes.

In order to keep our costs to our customers as low as possible we do not have our telephones manned at all times.  Our priority is making your products and therefore we find it more efficient to answer your queries via email rather than by phone. 

We check our e-mails every evening and endeavour to respond to all queries within 24 hours Monday – Friday.
