When we receive your order we will send you the relevant kit(s) required for your order. If you require minimart charm(s) please remember to send us your child’s drawings with any other impressions etc. Drawings should be A4 or smaller and simple line drawings work best. All drawings will be returned. Alternatively you can send your drawings to our studio in an e-mail attachment to info@tinytrinkets.co.uk
Please allow 3-4 weeks from our receipt of your impressions/drawings to completion. Please remember all items are bespoke and made totally by hand. We will send you your completed item gift boxed, by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a tracked and insured service.
